Before you ask
What's the difference between a public and a private room?
A private room is link-only — you share the URL with your community and nobody else finds it. A public room appears in Haxball's in-game room list, so anyone browsing can join. Haxball strictly limits how many public rooms can run per server, which is why public plans cost more and the best slots go fast.
Can I use my own maps and room scripts?
Yes. Custom stadiums, custom room scripts, your own admin and league logic — you configure the room, we run it. If you're migrating an existing setup, support will help you move it over.
What happens if the room crashes or the server restarts?
If your room ever goes down, we bring it back within seconds — same name, same map, same settings. You'll see it in the panel, your players see the room again, and you don't have to lift a finger.
Can I move my room to another location later?
Yes — open a ticket and we'll move your room to any HaxHost location you like. Note the room gets a new join link when it moves, so plan the switch with your community.
